What are edible cocktail toppers?

Cocktail toppers (or drink toppers) are edible decorations designed to float on top of drinks or clipped to the edge of the rim. Made from wafer paper and printed with personalised designs, logos, or messages, they're a quick and simple way to set the scene of any event.

What are cocktail toppers made from?

Edible wafer paper, made up of potato starch, oil and water. Also commonly used on top of cupcakes. For a full list of the ingredients that make up the edible ink, please see individual product pages.

Are cocktail toppers safe to consume?

How long do cocktail toppers last?

If the drink is kept still then they normally last at least 10 minutes up to a few hours. We recommend inviting guests to take a drink from where the topper was placed as they will skew when in motion.

Do edible drinks toppers taste of anything?

We use unflavoured wafter paper so they won't affect the taste of the drink.

What types of drinks can cocktail toppers be used on?

Any, hot or cold. For the toppers to blend almost seamlessly we recommend frothy cocktails. Lighter coloured drinks with minimal ice are a great alternative.

How do you store cocktail toppers?

Best stored at room temperature in an airtight container, away from moisture and direct sunlight. Though we find they do not spoil easily. If you're placing the toppers on the outside with a mini peg you can do so a few hours ahead of time.

Are cocktail toppers nut free, gluten free and vegan?

Yes, yes and yes!

When is the best time to buy?

Our drinks toppers have a minimum of 12 months before their best before date, so if your event is within a year, anytime from now.
