Refund policy

All items are made to order and therefore ineligible for return, unless damaged in the post or an error has been made in production. 

If you've received your item and it's not as expected, please contact us at hello@memorabledrinks.co.uk. 

Proofs

We want to make sure you're 100% happy with your items, therefore proofs are available if requested via email immediately after you've placed an order. Please note this will likely delay your dispatch by 1 working day, plus the time taken to approve the proof. Proofs can be requested at hello@memorabledrinks.co.uk, or by replying to your order confirmation email.

We may reach out to you directly with a proof or for further conversation about your design, even if not requested.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
